Terms of Service

1. The Service

Harvey iO lets you create customizable AI assistants with a chosen personality, voice, and long-term memory, and interact with them by voice or text. Assistants can use built-in tools — such as maps, weather, reminders, and search — and, where you connect them, outside services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, or to harass or impersonate others
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or memories without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI-generated content

Your assistant's responses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — including information from maps, weather, and other integrated tools. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice, and you should independently verify anything important before relying on it.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Harvey iO offers a free tier and an optional paid plan with expanded features. If you subscribe, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the price shown at checkout on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, or through the App Store/Play Store if you subscribed there; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers — for example, Google's Gemini models for conversation and voice, and Google Maps Platform for location, directions, and related lookups. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

7. Your content & our intellectual property

You retain ownership of the messages, memories, and documents you provide to your assistant. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. The Nexus, Harvey iO, our branding, and the underlying platform are owned by Munnyman Communications LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue features or the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munnyman Communications LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
