Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED — AUGUST 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Munnyman Communications LLC ("Munnyman Communications," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through The Nexus and Harvey iO (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text), and any name or profile details you add.
Conversations. The voice and text messages you send your assistant are processed by our AI provider (Google's Gemini models) to generate a response. Voice audio is transcribed and processed in real time to hold a conversation.
Long-term memory. Harvey iO is built to remember things you tell it — preferences, facts, ongoing projects — so it can be useful across sessions and devices. These "memories" are stored in our own database (hosted on our infrastructure provider, Supabase), not by Google or any AI provider. To decide what's worth remembering, consolidate related memories, and recall the right ones in a conversation, that stored content is sent to our AI provider (Google's Gemini models) for processing, the same as any other message. You can review and delete individual memories, or clear all of them, at any time.
Location & map data. When you ask for directions, nearby places, weather, air quality, or similar, we send the address or coordinates involved to Google Maps Platform on your behalf to fetch the result. We don't track your location in the background — only what's needed to answer the specific request.
Connected tools & documents. If you connect an outside service or upload a document for your assistant to use, we process what's needed to fulfill that connection and store the content you explicitly generate or upload.
Device & usage data. Basic technical data (device type, app version, crash logs, and general usage events) to keep the Service reliable and to improve it. If you enable push notifications, we store the minimum device token needed to deliver them.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number on our servers.
How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and personalize your assistant(s)
- To generate responses, remember context, and follow through on reminders and tasks
- To provide map, weather, search, and other tool results you request
- To send account, security, and service-related emails
- To detect abuse, secure accounts, and keep the Service reliable
- To improve the Service based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private conversations or memories to train third-party models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers ("sub-processors") that are necessary to run Harvey iO, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and backend functions
- Google — Gemini (conversation/voice processing) and Google Maps Platform (location, directions, weather, and related lookups)
- Email delivery provider — sends account and transactional emails
- Payment processor — handles subscription billing, if you upgrade
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Your choices & rights
- Access & export — you can review the memories and content stored in your account from within the app.
- Delete individual memories — ask your assistant to forget something, or manage it directly in the app.
- Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings. This removes your profile, assistants, memories, and stored content from our systems.
- Notifications — you can disable push notifications and reminders at any time.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections in transit, access controls, and a reputable infrastructure provider (Supabase) — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and to fix issues quickly if they arise.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
